Boss Barbie Designs – Policies & Terms of Service

At Boss Barbie Designs, we value transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect. To ensure smooth and clear communication between us and our clients, please carefully review our policies outlined below:


1. Payments & Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins on all graphic and web design projects.

  • This deposit secures your project in our schedule and compensates for the time spent on concept development, research, drafts, and initial design work.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered or website is launched.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only available if no work has been started.
    If we have not created any drafts, made design progress, or begun any development work, you may request a full refund.

  • If any draft or design has been produced, the deposit becomes 100% non-refundable.

  • Once final files or a completed website are delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


3. Revisions & Edits

  • Each project includes up to 2 free rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Revisions must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the draft or milestone. Delays may result in additional fees or scheduling conflicts.


4. Project Timeline

  • Estimated timelines will be discussed before starting. Delays in communication or feedback from the client may affect completion dates.

  • If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project may be paused or closed without refund.


5. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Final approved designs become the client’s property upon final payment.

  • Boss Barbie Designs retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.


6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.

  • Failure to provide content or feedback may delay the project or result in additional charges for rescheduling.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.

  • Any work completed beyond the deposit value may be billed additionally if the cancellation occurs mid-project.
